Team Nostalgiaana is pleased to announce their 2nd  Nostalgiaana Musical Retreat between 29th Sep and 2nd Oct, 2023 at Pench , Madhya Pradesh.
Venue : Olive Resorts.

Please read the following important points before proceeding to Registration and Payment.

1. The Retreat is planned as a Bonding exercise and will include only Music related activities - viz. Presentations, Discussions, Chats and Singing sessions. 
2. The detailed schedule for the same will be announced soon, but tentatively it will start at 4 pm on Friday the 29th  September 2023 and end on Sunday 1st October 2023.  Check out will happen on the morning of the 2nd of Oct 2023.
3. You are requested to plan your arrival / departure according to the mentioned date & timings.
4. Travel Arrangements to the venue are to be made individually by the participants. Travel costs do not form part of costs mentioned in point 7 below.
5. The cost includes 3 Nights stay and all meals, Food and Beverages at the venue and transportation within the resort(s).
6. Liquor cost will be separate and applicable only for those who opt for it. This cost will be communicated closer to the event date to those who choose this option.
7. The Total Cost, per person, for Single Room is Rs. 20,500/- and Rs. 13,700/- for Double Sharing for the entire package including meals.
8. As part of registration, a Booking amount of Rs. 4500/- , per person, towards a Double Room and Rs. 6500/-, per person, towards a single room is required to be paid to confirm the registration. The amount is advance towards Room charges for three nights on a double or single sharing respectively with, all meals. 
9. The Balance payment notification will be sent to you and you are required to pay the same as required.
10. There are other additional costs which are common and have been distributed equally among all attendees. These include conference Hall, water and Beverages not part of meal (excluding Alcohol), Equipment for the conference hall etc. The cumulative cost of all these expenses on a per person per day basis is approx. Rs. 1200/- . This forms part of the amounts mentioned in point 7 above.
    
11. We will maintain an account of all expenses and the same will be transparently shared with all members, if requested
    

Note :
We have tied up with Olive Resort which can accommodate about 100 guests, since the venue for the day long (extending to the night) event will be in Olive Resort. Once the guest list crosses 100, the next guests ( 20-25 ) will be put up in a nearby resort. This resort is about 6-7 minutes’ drive from Olive resort. We have also arranged transportation for the same.
Once the Guest list crosses 125, we intend to source a third Resort which will be about 15 minutes driving distance from Olive Resorts.
We wish to assure all that there are no shortages of rooms in the multiple resorts that are available in the vicinity of Olive Resort. However, it is in your interest to book early so that you can be accommodated in the order of priority into these resorts.

Cancellations are allowed till Aug 15th , 2023 and full refund will be given.
​In the event of cancellation after this date by the participant, refund, if any, will be governed by the terms of the Resort,
​which shall be transparently shared with you
