How to reach the Venue
- The closest Railway Station to the Venue is Vapi Station, on the Mumbai-Surat-Delhi Train route.
- The Nearest Airports are Surat and Mumbai . From Surat Airport, it takes 2 to 2.5 hours, From Mumbai Airport, it takes 3 to 3.5 hours

- Accommodation will be on a first come first served basis with allocation as per below spread between the resorts.
- Attendees sharing double occupancy (Non Couple) will be accommodated in Ras as first priority due to the availability of separate beds.
- Some Rooms in DGV can be allocated (beyond the numbers mentioned) to people with Limited mobility and Event Guests.
- TMIPL Nostalgiaana reserves the right to change the rooming list as required.

WHAT IS THE RETREAT VENUE?
The Venue is The DGV Treat Resort in Silvassa, which is about 3 hrs drive from both Mumbai and Surat.
However, the stay is combined at two resorts - DGV Treat Resort and the Ras Treat Resort. These are opposite to each other, their main gates are 50 m apart.

When and for how many days is the Retreat?
The Retreat will be for two full days : 10th & 11th Jan 2026. Check in at the resort will commence from 9th Jan 2026 and check-out is on 12th Jan 2026
What is the schedule for the Retreat?
Tentatively it will start at 7 pm on Friday the 9th Jan, 2026 and end on Sunday 11th Jan, 2026. Check out will happen on the morning of the 12th Jan, 2026

How many people are expected to attend the Retreat?
We had 200 attendees in our last retreat . We expect the count to touch 250 people.
Is Travel to and from the resort arranged?
No, Travel to and from the resort is to be arranged by the individual guests. However, Team Nostalgiaana intends to plan road transportation from Mumbai and Surat Airports to the venue. You can contact Team Nostalgiaana
What is the cost of the Retreat?
The Retreat will cost you Rs. 31,500/- per person on a single Occupancy basis and Rs. 21,300/- on a double sharing basis per person

The following is included in the package cost.
• 3 nights stay at the resort.

• Liquor will have to be paid separately.

What if I have to cancel my bookings?
Cancellations are allowed till 31st October 2025. A cancellation charge of 10% will apply on the total cost of the Package.
Cancellations after 31st October 2025 will not be eligible for any refund of the booking amount already paid.
